About Water Monkey

Water Monkey was established by Chase Kosterlitz to provide professional services for all things related to stand up paddleboarding. The vision at Water Monkey is to promote stand up paddleboarding lifestyles dedicated to doing what you love, and loving what you do both in and out of the water. This is what a true Water Monkey is all about! Through competitions, paddle meet-ups, and networking we look forward to building a strong community of stand up paddle enthusiasts to help our sport grow. Water Monkey specializes in instruction, paddle fitness, rental, and events for stand up paddle boarding.

About Chase

I am a kiteboarding and SUP instructor from Dunedin, Florida.As a long time watersports enthusiast, I saw the potential of stand up paddleboarding in the Tampa Bay area. In 2007 I was one of the few watermen in Tampa to get into the emerging sport of stand up paddleboading. After playing collegiate basketball for two years, I decided to direct all of my energy toward stand up paddle boarding and kiteboarding. These activities changed my life and took it in a new direction dedicated to living an active lifestyle on the water. Water Monkey was created to promote this lifestyle and the amazing sport of stand up paddleboarding.
